Satellite TV

I have been a directv subscriber for five years now. To reward that loyalty direct tv recently offered me three free movies pass that I could use up over the following three months. I have used up two of the movie offers and since I still have the time, I will wait for a movie that is worth watching to come out before I use that last free movie pass!

Today, I thought about re-subscribing to one of their premium directv packages. Last spring I cancelled their Starz movie package because I was going to be gone all summer. During that time I also upgraded my package to one where, for about $5 more, I had an additional eleven movie channels. That way, I still had some movie channels even though I had cancelled Starz movie package.

I don't know what directv competitors are offering but for now, I am quite satisfied with what I have with directv especially with their HD programming.
